Remote money coaching · wherever you are

A personal trainer for your money.

A 90-day coaching program that turns money chaos into a weekly 15-minute ritual — habits, automation, and a coach who notices when you skip.

  • One weekly ritual: 15 minutes, same time, every week
  • A system built for irregular income and real life — not a template budget
  • A coach who sees the drift before it becomes the spiral

Educational coaching. Not financial advice. No bank logins, ever.

01Why it works

The information was never the missing piece.

You've read the articles. You've downloaded the apps. The gap isn't knowledge — it's structure, accountability, and a ritual that survives week three. The same gap a personal trainer fills in fitness.

02The method

Twelve weeks. Four phases. One system that runs itself.

  1. WK 01–02

    Baseline

Intake and money-mindset assessment. Net-worth snapshot, cash-flow map, debt inventory. We pick one to three concrete goals — yours, not a template's.

  2. WK 03–06

    Build the system

A spending plan that fits your real life. Automated transfers so saving happens before you see the money. A debt payoff order that matches your personality. An emergency-fund target.

  3. WK 07–10

    Strengthen habits

The weekly 15-minute review ritual. Handling irregular income, surprises and lifestyle creep. Money conversations with the people you share life with.

  4. WK 11–12

    Sustain & plan ahead

Progress review against your baseline. A written 12-month roadmap. And an honest handoff — if you're ready for investing or tax questions, I'll point you to the licensed professionals for that.

What a weekly session looks like

  1. Win review — what went well, even if small
  2. Numbers check — your dashboard, together
  3. Obstacles — what got in the way, and the system fix for it
  4. Next workout — one to three small actions for the week
  5. Recap — a written summary in your inbox within 24 hours

What you get

  • A personal dashboard tracking what matters to you
  • One small "workout" each week — fifteen minutes, not fifteen hours
  • Async chat access in office hours when life happens between calls
  • An end-of-program progress report and a 12-month roadmap

03Teach by example

This is what "one small workout" actually means.

Illustrative A weekly workout, week 5

Set the buffer transfer.

Open your banking app. Set a standing transfer of €25 on the day after your usual payday, to a separate savings pocket. That's it — the habit now runs without you.

Why it works: it moves the decision upstream. You don't have to choose to save every month — you chose once.

Illustrative The Sunday 15-minute money review
  • Check the week's spending against the plan · 5 MIN, no judgment
  • Confirm every automatic transfer fired · 2 MIN
  • Scan next week for money events (invoices, dinners, renewals) · 5 MIN
  • Note one thing that went well · 3 MIN

Fifteen minutes, same time every week. Consistency beats intensity — that's the whole method.

04Fair questions

The things people ask before booking.

Is this financial advice?

No — deliberately. Arclane Lab is educational coaching on money habits, budgeting systems and organization. I don't recommend investments, funds, loans, insurance or pension products, and I don't give tax advice. When those questions come up — and they will — I'll point you to licensed professionals and help you arrive prepared.

I've tried budgeting apps. Why would this be different?

Apps track; coaches change behavior. If an app had worked for you, you probably wouldn't be reading this. The difference isn't better information — it's a weekly check-in with a person who notices when you skip week three and asks why.

Can't I just do this myself?

Honestly? Probably — if you'll actually do it. The information is free and always was. What self-serve can't do is notice when life knocks you off the plan in week three and help you adjust. Most people who book had already read the articles; what they were missing was the structure and the accountability.

Is my data safe?

We collect the minimum: your quiz answers stay in your browser, and coaching data lives in GDPR-compliant tools. You never share bank logins or account numbers — we work with categories and totals, not statements. And nothing identifiable ever goes into AI tools.

What if I'm in serious debt distress?

Then this probably isn't the right first step — and I'll say so on the call rather than sell you a program. Coaching is for people who can act on a plan. If you're in crisis, there are qualified support services that come first; I'm happy to point you there either way.

What does it cost?

Honest answer: I'm still in the founding phase, so pricing is set with early clients on the call — founding-client pricing, payment plans available. There are no hidden fees and no pressure on the call; if it's not a fit, I'll tell you.

Refunds, plainly: you have 14 days from signing up to change your mind and get a refund, no questions asked. If you ask to start sessions within those 14 days and then withdraw, you pay only for the sessions already delivered.

And a process promise: attend your weekly check-ins and do your weekly review for the full 90 days — if you don't feel more in control of your money, I keep working with you, free, for up to 4 more weeks. I can't promise a financial result; nobody honestly can.

06Honest fit

Who this is for — and who it isn't.

It's for you if…

  • You earn decently but your money still feels chaotic
  • Your income is irregular — freelance, contract, seasonal
  • You've tried apps and budgets; they died by week three
  • You want a system that runs itself, plus a human who keeps you honest
  • You and your partner need a shared way to talk about money

It's not for you if…

  • You want stock picks, product recommendations or tax schemes — I don't do that, ever
  • You're in acute debt crisis — see a qualified support service first, then come back
  • You want a get-rich path — this is slow, boring, effective work
  • You want someone to do it all for you — the reps are yours; I'm the trainer

Founding-client spots: 3 — a real capacity limit for a solo coach, not a countdown timer.
